OUR MISSION
Blazing Saddles – A Country Dance Club is a 501(c)(7) nonprofit social organization, whose mission is:
A. To provide a comfortable, non-judgmental, nurturing, supportive, and safe environment for people to dance, socialize, and have fun;
B. To promote the culture of and provide education in country-western dancing, activities and music to all persons without regard to age, sex, gender or gender identity, religion, national or cultural origin, sexual orientation, disability, or HIV status;
C. To operate exclusively for social purposes, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law).
BRIEF HISTORY
OFFICERS
Blazing Saddles Hawaii maintains an Executive Board, consisting of 4 officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer), who help organize and make decisions on behalf of its membership.

BRIEF HISTORY
- Blazing Saddles Hawaii was established on July 3, 1990.
- Our website made its debut online in February 2002. It was revamped and updated in October 2007.
- Blazing Saddles Hawaii was granted 501(c)(7) nonprofit social organization status in September 2007.
- Blazing Saddles Hawaii celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2010 with a well attended, fantastic dance party celebration
- Blazing Saddles closed from March 2020 through July 2022 because of the global COVID-19 pandemic.
- Blazing Saddles re-opens on July 19, 2022.
